Bottega d’arte
di Andreucci Agnese

We love creating anything the imagination suggests us. Our creations represent Tuscan landscapes, floral motifs, but also modern motifs.

Bottega d’Arte has been founded in August 2000

Located in the heart of Montalcino, Bottega d’Arte was born from Agnese Andreucci’s passion for ceramics and porcelain where, right in Tuscany, have their ancient roots.

Here, with the help of her father: she designs, manufactures, decorates and sells handcrafted products with an original and refined appearance.

Each piece is unique

Each object produced combines the passion for its territory and for the traditions with modern and refined aspects.

Our main motifs represent Tuscan landscapes, as well as floral and geometric elements; the products we made are both common objects such as plates and cups, and refined objects such as the Chinese bowl or the sushi set.

All products are certified by a specialized laboratory, which certifies the naturalness of the colors used and their safety for food use.

Production of pottery

We create and decorate unique and refined ceramic items according to the ancient techniques and traditions of Tuscan potters and ceramists.

Each product goes through three phases: the object is first made by lathe or by hand and then let dried; the bisque is fired at about 980 °; the product is finally glazed, decorated with colors for food use, sprayed with crystalline and fired at low temperature.

Production of porcelain or gres objects

We create and decorate original and elegant porcelain or gres products according to the ancient techniques and traditions of Tuscan potters and ceramists.

Each product goes through three phases: the dough is first prepared through a meticulous mixture of porcelain or gres in powder and water, the product obtained is then poured into molds and let dried; the bisque is fired at 980°; the object is finally decorated with glazes and colors for food use, and fired at high temperature (1280°).

Our idea of art

{

“The one who works with his hands, it’s a worker. The one who works with hishands and his head, it’s an artisan. The one who works with his hands and his head and his heart, it’s an artist. “
